Personnel Department, Nagpur Division, Central Railway, organized a virtual interactive session on “Mental Health in times of COVID-19” on 21/05/2021. Dr. Priti Arun, Professor and Head of Psychiatry Department, Government Medical College and Hospital, Chandigarh addressed the gathering and talked about practical tips to follow to beat stress in both personal and professional lives.
The session was organized under the leadership of DRM/Nagpur Smt. Richa Khare.
A total of around 60 officers as well as employees (including some COVID positive quarantined patients) joined the virtual session.
This session was very useful in guiding the personnel for practising better living and inculcating healthy habits
