The Patrakar Club of Nagpur, in association with the BJP Medical Wing, Nagpur Union of Working Journalists, and Tilak Patrakar Bhavan Trust, has organized a free- health camp for journalists and their family members on the Club premises from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm onwards on Sunday, December 4, 2022.
The tests which will be carried out during the camp included BMD, ECG, PFT, Otoscopy, BP, Blood Sugar, LFT, KFT, CBC, THS, Lipid Profile, HbA1C, Calcium, etc.
Pradip Maitra, President of Patrakar Club of Nagpur in conversation with The Live Nagpur said, “Every year a health check-up camp is organized for the journalists and their family members. Every year a footfall of 150-200 people is there. During the Covid-19 pandemic, no health check-up camps could take place.”
Bramhashankar Tripathi, President of Nagpur Union of Working Journalists (NUWJ), Shirish Borkar, and other office-bearers of these organizations have appealed to the journalists and their families to attend the camp in large numbers.
