Chhoo Le Aasman, a non-governmental organization dedicated to societal betterment, is well known for raising awareness on crucial social issues through various initiatives.
Chhoo Le Aasman organized a highly informative session on “Overview of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)” on January 16th, 2025, at Aakar Group of Institutions, Hingna, Nagpur. The session was conducted by Mrs. Anushree Mukte, a distinguished legal professional and faculty member at PGTD Law, RTMNU, specializing in IPR laws.
Mrs. Mukte began the session by introducing the concept of Intellectual Property Rights, emphasizing their growing importance in today’s innovation-driven world. She discussed various types of IPR, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designs, highlighting their role in protecting creativity and fostering innovation across industries.
The session was interactive, with a Q&A segment where the audience had the opportunity to ask questions, receiving tailored advice for specific scenarios. Mrs. Mukte’s clear and practical approach to explaining complex legal concepts was highly appreciated by the participants.
