Atthe installation of new team for 2025-26 of Lady Entrepreneurs’ Wing of Vidarbha Industries Association was held at VIA Auditorium, Nagpur today. Yogita Deshmukh, unanimously elected as Chairperson & Poonam Gupta as Secretary of VIA LEW for the year 2025-26.

Yogita Deshmukh, newly elected Chairperson of VIALEW for 2025–26, expressed gratitude for the opportunity to lead. She praised VIALEW as a strong platform empowering women in business and shared her vision to promote learning, networking, and growth through teamwork, inspiring sessions, and a supportive, inclusive environment for all members.
Earlier, the outgoing past Chairperson of VIALEW, Rashmi Kulkarni shared her journey of last year as Chairperson of the Wing, she highlighted the major events conducted which boost the morale of lady entrepreneurs as well as aspiring.
Suresh Agrawal, Past President of VIA and Coordinator – VIALEW announced the names of new team and said LEW team is doing so well since inception and seen tremendous progress in their ventures, he also appreciated the LEW for good learning programs based on current scenario and trends.
Prashant Mohota, President – VIA congratulated the LEW Team and appreciated the lady entrepreneurs for extraordinary work they have been doing for past so many years. He also shared a brief presentation on government schemes for women entrepreneurs at the central and Maharashtra state levels. He highlighted key initiatives like PMMY – Mahila Udhyami, Stand-Up India, PMEGP/CMEGP, and special loan programs by financial institutions. The schemes collectively promote financial support, skill development, and inclusive growth for women through platforms like WEP and MAVIM.
On this occasion, five women entrepreneurs — Bharati, Kirti Deshmukh, Shree Gauri Ghatate, Disha Dumare, and Meenal Khedkar shared their inspiring success stories and entrepreneurial journeys, which served as a source of motivation and encouragement for all participants.
Ar Tejaal Rakshamwar, EC Member, conducted the proceedings. Poonam Gupta, Secretary of VIA LEW summed up the event and proposed a vote of thanks. Kaushal Mohta, Hon. Secretary of VIA also shared the dais and large numbers of LEW Members, women entrepreneurs and start-ups attended the program.
