Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU) has extended the deadline for admissions to the first semester of affiliated colleges for the academic session 2025–26.
According to the official notification (No. RASUMAVI/VIDYA/25/144), the earlier circulars dated 23 July 2025 and 31 July 2025 regarding the admission schedule have been revised. The new deadline for colleges to grant first semester admissions for students admitted through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) is now 20 August 2025.
The university has clarified that this extension is applicable only to the first semester admissions. Admissions made beyond this date will not be considered valid for approval by the central admission committees.
The notification has been issued under the direction of the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of RTMNU, Dr. Rajesh Khobragade, and signed by Registrar Sanjay Bhagat.
