An employee was injured while unloading cargo from an Air India flight at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport in Nagpur. The injured employee, identified as Rajesh Khobragade (55), reportedly sustained injuries while handling cargo from the flight.
According to information, the incident occurred while cargo was being unloaded from an Air India Nagpur–Delhi flight late Monday night. Sources stated that the mishap took place near the airport’s cargo terminal. Khobragade, an employee of AIASPL (Air India Air Services Private Limited), was on duty when he sustained the injury.
It is not yet confirmed whether he was wearing proper safety gear or not, but initial reports suggest that the absence of adequate safety arrangements might have contributed to the incident. Following the accident, the injured worker was taken to the hospital for treatment.
