The 15th Property Expo, organized by CREDAI Nagpur Metro, will take place at Chitanvis Centre, Civil Lines, from September 26 to 29. Recognized as the region’s largest and most trusted real estate exhibition, the event will bring together leading builders, homebuyers, investors, and industry professionals under one roof.
At a press conference ahead of the event, Rajmohan Sahu, President of CREDAI Nagpur Metro, announced that the expo will feature 37 stalls, housed in fully air-conditioned domes, with ample parking and on-site ambulance services for visitors’ convenience. A wide range of properties will be showcased, with prices spanning from ₹15 lakh to ₹15 crore.
Chandrashekhar Khune, CREDAI’s Treasurer and Expo Coordinator, emphasized that all participating members strictly adhere to RERA regulations. He also highlighted that CREDAI has its own Grievance Redressal Cell, ensuring that any buyer complaints are promptly addressed.
The organisers anticipate a footfall of 2,000 to 2,500 visitors per day. Also present at the press conference were CREDAI Secretary Vishwas Gupta, Expo Co-coordinators Vijay Joshi and Harshad Damle, Youth Wing Convenor Prathamesh Dargan, Bhavik Arya (Director, Platinum Sponsor Kukreja Infrastructure), Sameer Saraf (Gold Sponsor Aditya Anagha), and Nimish Thakkar (Marketing Head, Silver Sponsor Spacewood), among others.
