Nagpur: The Head Quarter Maintenance Command (HQMC) in Nagpur has been the centre of preparations for the Maharashtra Directorate’s participation in the All India Vayu Sainik Camp (AIVSC) 2025, scheduled from September 18 to 29 at Air Force Station, Jalahalli, Bengaluru.
Under the supervision of Commanding Officer Wing Commander V. Deepika Rao and guidance of Group Captain Khushal Vyas, Group Commander of the Nagpur Group, cadets underwent intensive training sessions marked by discipline and consistency.
The training process began with the Inter-Group Competition (IGC) and was followed by two Pre-Vayu Sainik Camps (PVSC-1 and PVSC-2), providing cadets with a systematic and progressive grooming.
As part of their rigorous practice, cadets honed their skills in firing, skeet shooting, powered flying, gliding, simulator operations, aeromodelling, drone handling, drill, and tent pitching. Classroom sessions further strengthened their knowledge of aircraft systems and aviation principles.
Carrying forward a tradition of excellence, the Maharashtra contingent will leave Nagpur on September 17, determined to deliver an impressive performance at AIVSC-2025.
