NTPC Mouda observed Gandhi Jayanti on 2nd October 2025 with a floral tribute to the Father of the Nation. The occasion also marked a special recognition of the housekeeping contract workers at NTPC Mouda for their efforts in maintaining the plant premises and township clean and green under the ongoing Swachhotsav 2025initiative.
Aligned with Mahatma Gandhi’s principles of cleanliness and sustainability, NTPC Mouda reiterated its commitment towards building a cleaner and greener future. As part of the celebration, a documentary titled ‘Gandhi se Mahatma Tak’ was screened, highlighting the life and journey of Mahatma Gandhi. The documentary aimed at reviving Gandhian values and encouraging employees to integrate these principles into their lives, thereby contributing to NTPC’s vision of becoming the world’s leading power company, energizing India’s growth.
The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Shri ParimalKumar Mishra, GM (O&M), Shri Pradeep Balwant Paranjape, GM (Project), Shri Sunil Chandra Das, GM (Maintenance), Representatives of Union and Associations, all Heads of Departments, and employees and officials of NTPC Mouda.
