Annasaheb Gundewar College, Nagpur, organized a special guidance workshop on the topic “Pillars of Governance: Building Future Administrators – Developing Visionary Bureaucratic Leadership in Nation Building.” The workshop was jointly organized by the Training, Planning and Career Guidance Cell and Spectrum Academy, Nagpur.
The main objective of this workshop was to make students aware of the importance of chartered bureaucracy, its contribution to nation-building, and ways to participate in it. A strong pillar of the democratic system in India, chartered bureaucracy has made significant contributions to the social, economic, and administrative sectors of the country.
As the keynote speaker of the workshop, Mr. Sandeep Dhote, Nagpur Branch Director of Spectrum Academy, guided the students, explaining the importance of proper directional study and planning in preparing for MPSC, UPSC, and other competitive examinations. He explained that bureaucrats are not only administrators but also agents of social change.
The program was chaired by Prof. Muralidhar Wakode wished the students success in competitive examinations based on good planning, patience, and a positive attitude.
Workshop organizer Dr. Manoj Madavi provided insightful commentary on the history of the Indian legislative bureaucracy, its evolution, and its current place. He emphasized that competent and visionary bureaucratic leadership strengthens the foundation of a country’s progress.
The program was moderated by volunteer Rohini Lonare, and the vote of thanks was given by Riya Madane. Krishna Gahukar, Arun Shende, Naresh Tabhane, Mujahid Kazi, Arshad Shaikh, Yogita Nimbalkar, Sonia Soni, and Niharika Bhalekar played a significant role in the success of the workshop.

The workshop was inspiring, informative, and enlightening in creating awareness among students about chartered services.
