49 voters with same address in Nagpur’s Digdoh

 Nagpur’s Digdoh Jagruti Mandir has demanded enquiry into the registration of 49 voters with the same address. The voters have registered plot number 15A in Prabhag 12 in the voters list.

The case has been reported given the local body elections due in the next couple of months. The organisation submitted a memorandum to the Nagar Parishad Chief, demanding enquiry into the reported case.

With several such cases reported recently, the credibility of the authorities conducting the elections is under suspicion. The organisation has also demanded conducting elections after the verification of the voters list.
