We all preserve a book that has influenced us, inspired us, or shown us a new direction in life. To strengthen this emotional bond between readers and their favourite books and to promote a culture of reading, the Nagpur Book Festival Organising Committee has launched a unique initiative, “Selfie with My Favourite Book.”
The Nagpur Book Festival 2025 is being organised from 22 to 30 November 2025 at Reshimbagh Ground, Nagpur, jointly by the Ministry of Education, Government of India; Government of Maharashtra; National Book Trust (NBT); and Zero Mile Youth Foundation. The festival will witness participation from renowned publishers, authors, literary personalities, students, and thousands of readers from across the country. Book stalls, literature festival sessions, interactions with young authors, panel discussions, workshops, and cultural programmes have been planned as part of the event.
To encourage reading, the campaign “Selfie with My Favourite Book” has been initiated. Participants have to take a selfie with their favourite book and post it on their Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter handle.
