Stri Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Nagpur, an esteemed educational institution, is organizing an ‘Adoptive Parents Meet’ on Saturday, 30 November at 11 a.m. at Shrimati Dadibai Deshmukh Hindu Girls’ School, Gandhigate, Mahal.
Upholding its commitment to social responsibility, the institution has brought 59 tribal girls from remote regions such as Gadchiroli, Bhandara, Chandrapur and Gondia to Nagpur for education. Along with them, the institution is also supporting the education of 200 economically weaker girl students by providing them adoptive parental assistance and helping them enter the mainstream of education.
The meet will include a felicitation of all adoptive parents, interactive sessions, and a review of various educational initiatives benefiting these students. The event will be held in the presence of the institution’s President, Ravindra Fadnavis, and is expected to take place in an enthusiastic atmosphere.
