Sincere Tennis Academy’s rising star Ritika Deshpande has entered the final of the AMCOM Junior Challengers Asian Tennis Federation (ATF) Under-14 Tournament being held in Kurunegala, Sri Lanka.
Representing her academy at the international level, Ritika began her campaign with a convincing first-round victory over Sri Lanka’s Rehanya Perera, showing impressive composure and skill.
She continued her strong run by defeating Sri Lanka’s second seed R. Karuna 6-2, 7-6 (7-2) in the quarter-finals and followed it up with a 6-3, 6-3 win over another Sri Lankan opponent in the semi-finals to secure her place in the final.
Ritika trains under coaches Sachin Patil, Vaibhav, Chetan and Ayush. The academy congratulated her on the outstanding performance and wished her success in the final and future tournaments.
