In preparation for the upcoming monsoon season and to ensure a safe and uninterrupted power supply, Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) will undertake essential maintenance work on the Tulshibag power feeder on Tuesday, June 9.
The maintenance activities include replacement of pin insulators and trimming of tree branches obstructing power lines. As a result, electricity supply on the Tulshibag feeder will remain temporarily suspended from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
Areas likely to be affected during the two-hour shutdown include Navi Shukrawari, D-Mart Front Area, Saraipeth, Siraspeth, Ashok Chowk, Gulab Baba Ashram vicinity, Mangpura, Kashibai Mandir area, Bhosale Vihar, Rahatekar Wadi, Dasara Road, Gujarwadi and Naik Road.
MSEDCL officials stated that the maintenance work is crucial to prevent power disruptions during the monsoon and to ensure reliable electricity services for consumers. Citizens have been requested to cooperate during the brief scheduled outage.
