NTPC Mouda celebrated the 12th International Day of Yoga by organising a special yoga session for its employees, officials, and their family members, reaffirming its commitment towards promoting health, wellness, and holistic well-being.
On the occasion, Mr. Kaustubh Acharya, Faculty, Art of Living, was invited to conduct the yoga session. During the programme, Mr. Acharya highlighted the significance of yoga in maintaining physical fitness, mental well-being, and a balanced lifestyle. He also guided the participants through various yoga practices and techniques.
Adding to the significance of the event, Ms. Tejaswini, a Class XI student and daughter of an NTPC Mouda employee, showcased a series of yoga asanas. Ms. Tejaswini represented her school at both State-level and National-level yoga competitions, and her impressive performance was highly appreciated. The celebration witnessed the esteemed presence of Shri Joseph Bastian, Executive Director, Mouda, Shri S.C. Das, GM (O&M), DC-CISF, AC-CISF, representatives of Unions, Associations, and Welfare Clubs, CISF personnel, employees, and their family members.
The programme concluded with a renewed commitment among participants to incorporate yoga into their daily lives and embrace its benefits for a healthier and more balanced future.
