A passenger arriving in Nagpur from Mumbai has alleged that his checked-in baggage went missing after landing at Nagpur Airport, leading to hours of uncertainty and frustration.
The passenger, identified as Pankaj Mahajan, he did not receive his luggage despite arriving on an IndiGo flight from Mumbai. Mahajan claimed that he remained at the airport for more than two hours while trying to trace the missing baggage and seeking assistance from airline officials.
In a video that has now gone viral on social media, Mahajan alleged that he repeatedly approached airline representatives but did not receive a satisfactory explanation regarding the whereabouts of his luggage. He further claimed that despite extensive efforts to locate the bag, no information was available about its status.
Mahajan said airline officials eventually advised him to leave the airport and assured him that the matter would be looked into later. The incident has sparked discussion online, with many users questioning baggage handling procedures and customer support mechanisms at airports.
An official response from IndiGo regarding the incident was awaited at the time of filing this report.
