The much awaited ‘’Innovation Parv’’ starts from today

Guardian Minister Chandrasekhar Bawankule inaugurated the “Innovation Parv” which is held at Manakpur Indoor Stadium in collaboration with Nagpur Municipal Corporation and Mayor Innovation Council, which came up with the concept.

“Innovation is only part of what the government plans to do. We have funding of Rs. 1 crore for innovation schemes. The best concepts through the ‘Innovation Festival’ will be utilized for the development of the city using the available funds. Through the Innovative ideas by Young Researchers of Nagpur, we aim to become a world-class city”, said Chandrashekhar Bawankule, Minister of State for Energy and Guardian Minister of Nagpur District.

Minister of State for Public Works, Forests and Tribal Development Pranay Phuke said, Saint Dnyaneshwar designed ‘Dnyaneshwari’ in his childhood. Eight years old, Shivaji won the ritual and implemented Swarajya. Saying that you can give yourself the opportunity to reach the world level at this age, you can give us the research, he said. The creator of Facebook, the director of Uber, built a unique business with their concept. He further said that a young mind should transform their ideas into a business.

Mayor Nanda Jichkar who was also present at the occasion said that so far the initiative has succeeded in registering thousands of young researchers and we are expecting more in the coming days. The contribution of the youth at the festival is huge.

Director of VNIT. P.M. Padole also guided the students. He said, “Thinking outside the box is a step towards innovation, to formulate the concept and make it come true is the journey.” VNIT is launching the ‘Astro Center of Innovation’ and ‘Center of Excellence’ soon, and the students, new researchers will receive the guidance they need.

Mukund Patrikar and Hrishikesh Ladge also shared their experiences that the Hackathon held in February proved to be a turning point for those who presented their ideas and boosted their success as entrepreneurs today. He said the Hackathon made this festival possible today.
