TULI COLLEGE OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT NAGPUR ,had celebrated International Women’s Day on 8th March 2022 with the ladies of Bokhara Village as the village is adopted by college .The importance of women’s day was explained to them .International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women.
The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. Significant activity is witnessed worldwide as groups come together to celebrate women’s achievements ,various activities were organised such as Entrepreneurship awareness, Basic Grooming ,Self Care ,Demonstration of cake making was organised .
What are the importance of women entrepreneurship?
Women entrepreneurs account for improved economic growth and stability within a country. Women entrepreneurs inspire other women to start businesses. This leads to more job creation for women which ultimately helps in reducing the gender gap in the workforce. We explained that how the small business such as tiffin services, canteen ,preparing of pickles and papad can be done.
What are the role relevance and achievements of Entrepreneurship
EDPs help in diverting the talent of the youth towards self-employment careers by establishing their own enterprises and thus creating employment opportunities for the unemployed.
