The Late Bhanutai Gadkari Memorial Diagnostic Centre, set up to offer low-cost medical testing services for the underprivileged, will be inaugurated on Sunday, July 27, 2025, at Kamal Chowk, Lashkaribagh.
The centre is run by the Late Bhanutai Gadkari Rural Development Institute and aims to provide vital diagnostic services such as blood tests, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and dialysis at affordable rates.
Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will inaugurate the facility, while Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari will preside over the event. State Revenue Minister and Guardian Minister of Nagpur Chandrashekhar Bawankule will attend as a special guest.
The inauguration ceremony will take place at 12:30 PM in the Kamal Chowk area. Several prominent figures are expected to attend, including:
- Bhante Shri Anand Thera, General Secretary of Mahabodhi Society, Bengaluru
- Shri Raghavendra Swami, President, Ramakrishna Math, Nagpur
- Former Maharashtra Minister Adv. Sulekha Kumbhare
- RSS Nagpur City Head Shri Rajesh Loya
- Dr. Jitendra Sharma, MD, AMTZ, Visakhapatnam
- BJP Nagpur City President Shri Dayashankar Tiwari
The diagnostic centre has been developed under the vision of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari to enhance healthcare access for the economically weaker sections of society.
