A special workshop under the initiative ‘PATS for Kids’ has been organized by Sobati Foundation at Shrimati Dadibai Deshmukh Hindu Girls’ School, Nagpur—run by the Stri Shikshan Prasarak Mandal—on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at 10 a.m.
‘Parents and Teachers (PATS) for Children’ is an initiative of Sobati Seva Sanstha, Pune, aimed at creating an appropriate, safe, and positive environment for children through the combined participation of parents and teachers.
During the workshop, Chandrashekhar Velankar, Director of Sobati Foundation and journalist, along with Varsha Velankar, will guide participants on important topics related to children’s holistic development, including parenting, communication, academic support, and emotional balance. A question–answer session will also be held to address parents’ queries.
Highlighting the crucial role of parents and teachers in a child’s development, Ravindra Fadnavis, President of the Stri Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, has appealed to parents and teachers to attend the program in large numbers.
