Sarvodaya Ashram has invited applications for two prestigious honours — the Late Mama Kshirsagar Smriti Acharya Award and the Late D H Balasaheb Sahasrabuddhe Shikshak Prabodhini Award.
The Acharya Award will be conferred on one male and one female teacher who exemplify the philosophy of Vinoba Bhave through their dedication to education, society and students.
The Sahasrabuddhe Award will honour a retired teacher who continues to uphold these values through sustained social service.
Each award carries a cash prize of ₹5,000, along with a shawl and a memento. Interested candidates are required to submit their detailed profiles to Sarvodaya Ashram by February 16.
