Central Railway will operate a Traffic & Power Block at Platform no 16 & 17 of CSMT, in connection with the redevelopment work of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, being carried out by Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA).
Foundational work and necessary activity on platform no 16 & 17 will be carried out during the block. The duration of the block will be for a period of 85 days, i.e., from 01.02.2026 to 26.04.2026.
During the block period, train operations from Platform no 16 & 17 will remain suspended from 01.02.2026 till completion of work and handing over of the platform by RLDA for traffic operations.

• Train no 22120 Madgaon-CSMT Tejas Express
Short Terminated at Thane till further advice:
• Train no 12134 Mangaluru-CSMT Express
These blocks are essential for infrastructure development. Passengers are requested to bear with the Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused.
