A shocking hit-and-run incident took place in Nagpur’s Wardhaman Nagar area late Saturday evening, right in front of the popular Day to Day showroom. The victim, identified as Dheerajraj Maske, was seriously injured when an unidentified vehicle struck him and fled the scene without offering any help.
The incident falls under the jurisdiction of the Lakadganj Police Station. Local residents acted swiftly and rushed the injured man to Radha Krishna Hospital, where he was immediately admitted. According to hospital sources, Maske has sustained multiple injuries and is currently battling for his life in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
The police have registered a case and initiated an investigation. CCTV footage from the surrounding area is being reviewed to identify the vehicle and driver responsible. The incident has raised serious concerns about traffic safety and rising cases of reckless driving in the city.
