Up to 3% Discount on Digital Payment for Unreserved Tickets via RailOne App from January 14

With the objective of continuously enhancing passenger convenience, improving service quality, and promoting digital payments, the Railway Administration has launched a new and advanced mobile application, “RailOne.” The app serves as a one-stop digital solution by providing various Indian Railways services on a single platform.
Through the RailOne app, passengers can conveniently, securely, and quickly access multiple essential railway services, including unreserved ticket booking. To encourage passengers to adopt digital payment methods, the Railway Administration is offering an additional 3% discount on unreserved ticket bookings made through the RailOne app.
As part of efforts to promote digital transactions, passengers booking unreserved tickets via the RailOne app using any approved digital payment method are eligible for a 3% discount. This special discount will be effective from January 14, 2026, to July 14, 2026.
The discount applies to unreserved ticket bookings made through the RailOne app using all approved digital payment options, including:
- UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay)
- Mobile wallets (Paytm)
- Net banking
- Debit/Credit cards
- BHIM app
To ensure that maximum passengers are informed about this facility, announcements are being made through public address systems at all major stations in the division. Information about the RailOne app and its features is also being regularly disseminated through various social media platforms so that more passengers can benefit from the facility.
Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Shri Dilip Singh stated, “The RailOne app is a modern, secure, and comprehensive digital platform that brings multiple railway services together in one place for passengers. It not only saves time and resources but also provides a transparent and convenient travel experience. The discount being offered on unreserved tickets is an important step toward promoting digital payments.”
